• Your request is within 30 days of purchase

• For digital products: the request is made from the email used to order

 

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your provider.

In accordance with EU consumer law, EU customers may request a refund for digital goods within 14 days, provided the content has not been accessed or downloaded. Once a digital download has begun, this right is waived.

For physical goods, EU customers also have the right to cancel and return within 14 days of delivery, with or without reason.
